Premium Package

Package rate is based on the coordination and management of a three-day event for two to six guests.

Event management includes the following:

Welcome-orientation, rehearsal, event set-up, event/activity management, and event clean-up.

Event coordination includes the following:

Client consultations (2 hours in person as well as unlimited phone and email)

Detailed weekend itinerary (includes a printed program for up to 6 guests).

Decor design.

All vendor bookings (includes accommodations, transportation, venue, activities, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, decor/floral, officiant, entertainment, catering, beverage, and cake).

Sample three-day event:

Day 1: welcome-orientation, rehearsal, and dinner and an activity.

Day 2: event set-up, event/activity management, and event clean-up.

Day 3: farewell brunch.

Total cost based on hourly rate is $1855.
