We provide 3 different pricing structures to meet all your financial needs:

Flat Rate

Our hourly rate is $45/hr and our booking fee is $70/vendor, which includes all communications (meetings, phone calls, etc.) with vendor.
We do not charge a vendor commission.
We can provide you with time/price estimates after we discuss the details of your event.

Design Your Package

Choose from a menu of services that best meet your needs.
Prices are 10% off our flat rate.

Premium Package

Standard full-service event coordination is $1484.
Package price is 20% off our flat rate.
